Dennis is an Executive Coach who partners international leaders in both the public and private sectors to enhance their effectiveness and performance at individual, team and organizational levels. He is also a Leadership Coach for officers in the Singapore Armed Forces.

His last executive role was that of an Executive Director in a company listed on the SGX Catalist. He has been serving as an Independent Director to listed companies in Singapore and Hong Kong since 2008.

He has served in the SAF for 25 years as a Military Officer where he championed Organizational Learning and Leadership Coaching besides his regular roles in National Defence. He was also an Adjunct Assistant Professor with NTU from 2008 to 2011 teaching Strategic Management and Leadership.

Dennis is a graduate of National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University in Political Science and MBA respectively. He holds a Post-Grad Certification in Coaching, University of Lancaster; and is a Founding Board Certified Coach, Center for Credentialing & Education, Inc, USA.
