His latest book, “Leadership in Disruptive Times” will be available globally in July 2020. The book will focus on navigating the organizational challenges of the post-COVID-19 crisis by embarking on the digital transformation journey.

Daniel is the Founder and CEO of The Medical Concierge Group (TMCG). The company was founded in 2012 with the vision to bring reliable and ethical healthcare to patients. He has more than 25 years of operational and strategic marketing experience, a strong commitment to ensure that the highest levels of ethics, corporate governance and innovation is built into any organisation he works with. Daniel is currently based in Jakarta today and provides consultancy to MedTech and HealthTech start-ups who want to enter Indonesia. Daniel is currently an Advisory Council Member at GLG, RHT Grace Institute and Senior Consultant with RHT Strategic Advisory Pte Ltd.
Eddie is an accountant by profession. He started in career as an auditor. Over the years, he worked in both professional and corporate. He spent most of his career in large local corporates, listed companies serving as their chief financial officer and executive director and also in multi-national company as a senior finance personnel.
He has nearly 40 years of experience as accounting professional in areas of auditing, financial management, accounting, treasury, information technology, investor relations and corporate matters. He had also volunteered his services in some non-profit organizations and recreational clubs.
Eddie is a fellow member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK), Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore and holds an MBA from Manchester Business School.
He is currently working as a business consultant to a local technology company.
Payment System Expert
International Monetary Fund
Terry Goh was appointed Senior Consultant to RHT Compliance Solutions in Dec 2017. As a former senior regulator at the Monetary Authority of Singapore for the previous 17 years, Terry was tasked with key responsibilities for the oversight, policy formulation, supervision and licensing of payments systems and bank participants, credit reporting agencies, money changers and remittance businesses. He also undertook responsibilities for the business continuity management supervision of all financial institutions.
During his MAS stint, Terry led many key transformational projects in Singapore, such as the implementation of the Payment Systems Oversight Act, Finality and Netting Act the and Credit Bureau Act. He project managed the implementation of Cheque Truncation System, the Singapore Dollar inclusion in the global Foreign Exchange Continuous Linked Settlement System, and organised large-scale Industry-Wide Business Continuity Exercises.
Before his stint at the MAS, Terry had accumulated more than 12 years of experience in Information Technology (I.T.) with major international banks. He headed the IT Department at Banco Santander branches and subsidiaries in Singapore, Tokyo, Malaysia and Australia where he was responsible for the systems development, technical infrastructure and data centre operations. He also held key positions in Union Bank of Switzerland (UBS) and ABN AMRO Bank where he spearheaded the rollout of the bank’s global front and middle office, risk management system in UBS East Asia, as well as the running of the Year 2000 and Euro programmes in ABN AMRO.
In addition to his professional experience, Terry is also the Singapore representative to various international standard setting bodies including the Bank of International Settltment Committee on Payment and Market Infrastructure (BIS CPMI), the CPMI-IOSCO Steering Group which is responsible for the implementation monitoring of the Principles for Financial Market Infrastructure (“PFMI”) and the Executive Meetings of East Asia Pacific Committee on Payments and Settlement Systems.
Terry attained his Master’s degree in Industrial and Information Technology from the University of Hull and has a UK BTEC Higher National Diploma in Computer Studies with Distinction.
Switzerland to Singapore
Thomas Kupfer has been Switzerland’s Ambassador to Singapore from 2012 to 2018. He joined the Diplomatic Service of the Swiss Foreign Ministry in 1983. Since then, he has held different positions both in headquarters Bern and overseas, including Embassy in Washington, DC (1984), Mission to the European Union in Brussels (1991) and Embassy in Rome (1995). He served as Ambassador for Humanitarian Affairs based in Geneva (2000-2001), Ambassador to Colombia (2004-2008) and Ambassador to the Republic of Korea (2008-2012). He was also the Deputy Director General of Africa & Middle East (2001-2003) and Secretary General of the XXVIII International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in Geneva (2003).
The 35-year veteran of the diplomatic corps completed his law studies at the University of Zurich in 1978 and obtained a license as an attorney for the Bar of Zurich in 1981.
He brings with him his wealth of diplomatic experience in his new role as Senior Consultant with RHTLaw Taylor Wessing. His working languages are English, French, German, Italian and Spanish.
As a Senior Consultant, he will be advising clients on the political, economic, business and legal context, risk analysis as well as investment and business opportunities in Europe/Switzerland and South East Asia/Singapore.

Joseph is currently a Senior Manager, Corporate Development & Investment with China Aviation Oil Singapore. He has more than 20 years experience in the financial services industry and previously held senior position like CEO/GM of SooChow Securities CSSD (Singapore) Pte Ltd (SSCS) and with global financial institutions like JP Morgan; UBS AG; Standard Chartered Bank Singapore.
He also possesses experience as an independent non-executive director in 3 Singapore mainboard listed companies.
Joseph is also active in non-profit organizations and is the founding President of Association of Chinese Securities & Futures Industry, President of Australian Alumni Singapore and President of University Of New South Wales Alumni Association Singapore. He is also a member of Asian Advisory Board for Advance, an organization supported by Australian Department of Foreign Affairs unit to engage global Australian alumni. Rajan Menon is one of the founding members of RHTLaw Asia.
Rajan graduated from University of Singapore in 1971 with Bachelor of Laws (Honours). He was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1973 and is a solicitor of the Supreme Court of England & Wales. He is also a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom, Singapore Institute of Arbitrators, Malaysian Institute of Arbitrators and Singapore Institute of Directors respectively.
Rajan was conferred the Public Service Medal (Pingat Bakti Masyarakat, PBM) by the President of the Republic of Singapore and the Friends of Labour Award by the National Trade Union Congress. Rajan’s 43 year career comprises appointments with the Government of Singapore as a Deputy Public Prosecutor and State Counsel with the Attorney General’s Chambers and the Senior Deputy Registrar of Land Titles and Deeds. He was also the Credit Manager with The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation.
Rajan has considerable experience in the areas of banking, finance and real estate, corporate and commercial work and has advised on several complex and large property and finance transactions. His expertise lies in structuring, providing strategic and value-added advice and leading transactions.

Sarjit leads the Risk Assurance practice at Ardent Business Advisory, a member firm of Kreston International and a unit of In.Corp Global. He specialises in internal audit, risk management, regulatory compliance, financial due diligence and sustainability reporting services to public listed companies, government ministries, statutory boards, financial institutions and multinationals.
Sarjit has built an extensive career in assurance and advisory, including 16 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to Ardent, Sarjit was the CFO of AIA Singapore and Aviva Asia.
He currently holds several industry appointments, including Chairman of Singapore Accountancy Commission’s Chartered Accountancy Learning and Assessment Committee – Foundation Programme, and member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants Investigation and Disciplinary Panel.
Sarjit presently serves as a District Councillor and Chairman of the Finance Committee at Central Singapore Community Development Council, and as Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Indian Development Association Executive Committee.
Sarjit was conferred the national honours of Public Service Star (BBM) in 2011 and the Public Service Medal (PBM) in 2007. Sarjit was also the winner of the Nanyang Alumni Achievement Award in 2012, conferred by the Nanyang Technological University in recognition of his professional achievements and contributions to the nation.
Sarjit was appointed by the Singapore government in 2016 to serve on the Committee on the Future Economy (CFE) – Working Group on Legal and Accounting Services.
In 2019, Sarjit was awarded the prestigious SkillsFuture Fellowship. Presented by the President of the Republic of Singapore, this award honours individuals as masters of skills and mentors of future talent.
Mr Tow Heng Tan is the CEO of Pavilion Capital, a North Asia-focused investment firm that is indirectly wholly-owned by Temasek Holdings.
He serves as Director on the Board of Keppel Corporation and ComfortDelgro Corporation and as Director of the NUS Centre for Asset Management Research & Investments. He is also a Finance Committee member at the National Council for Social Services.
Before joining Pavilion Capital, Mr Tow held senior roles at Temasek as well as at Schroders Singapore, and has served as Managing Director of Lum Chang Securities. He started his career with Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC).

Mr Soh Gim Teik advises corporations through his firm, Finix Corporate Advisory LLP, and has many years of experience in corporate advisory governance, finance and general management. He was previously an executive director and CFO of a listed company and has broad boardroom experience in the region. Besides being an independent director in a number of public and government-owned companies, he is also active in a number of other charitable and nonprofit organisations.
