We would like to congratulate Associate Professor Koo Tsai Kee, Patron of RHT GRACE Institute (RGI), on receiving the Meritorious Service Medal at the People’s Action Party’s (PAP) Convention yesterday.

Besides serving the Party for more than three decades, A/P Koo also continues to serve residents in the Tanjong Pagar-Tiong Bahru Branch with conviction and compassion. His spirit and passion to serve the community have been an example to many younger activists and the RGI hopes to carry on his good work.

“We need to recruit a new generation of party members with the staying power, commitment and conviction of our old stalwarts,” Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong added, highlighting the contributions of former MP Koo Tsai Kee.
