Glenn is a diverse individual with more than 20 years of experience in Lean, HR, Engineering, Sales & Marketing and Management. Prior to RHTLaw Asia, he worked as a Head of HR Tech and Shared Services, Strategic Advisor, VP in People and Transformation Solutions, Engineering Manager and General Manager, within the Management Consultancy, Forensic, IT, Aerospace MRO, Oil & Gas Manufacturing and Mining Industry.

His background has made him an expert in the HR and also in business transformation through Lean culture.

Transformation initiatives – Implement new HR system, Workday for a MNC. Design & execute the organisation 3-year roadmap (4 Phases) to change & improve all the departments work processes, corporate culture & behaviour change with the objective to drive efficiency and productivity to achiever a 4-day.

Aerospace – Effectively introduced lean manufacturing processes into the shop floor and key driver in various process improvements in the company, leading to cost, quality and time improvements.

Oil & Gas – Instigated more than 50 projects of productivity improvement and growth initiatives that have led to cost saving and productivity. Value stream mapping the Connector/Pipe Division weld production line and made improvement on all the key processes by 400%, Evolved the whole facility from zero Lean into a Lean culture environment within a year. Developed a range of productivity solutions for Operations, housekeeping, 5S, TPM & Logistics for the facility.

Mining – Integral part of the five members team for the World’s biggest Rio Tinto mining project at Oyu Tolgoi,  Achieved cost savings of more US$30 mil through effective people engagement
